Executive Coaching
Wendy Grusin has been involved in coaching since before it became 'fashionable'. Wendy started coaching clients using a positive psychological frame in the late 1990's. Wendy has also written several educational units on coaching which have been used for post graduate programs in Australia and Hong Kong.
Our approach to coaching is positive, strengths based and no-nonsense. We will help you define what is important to you, guide you in getting unstuck (if necessary), and keep you focused on moving one step closer, and then another step closer, to your goal. We will encourage you to stretch yourself so the coaching experience will not always be a comfortable one - but it will certainly be a challenging and enjoyable experience.
